    Through cross-disciplinary design and marketing services, we help brands who make the well-being of their consumers' priority make an impact before other less sustainable options.

  • Our projects are for the bold who advocate for mental health. The innovative who generate organic, eco-friendly, non-toxic, or natural holistic living alternatives. The gritty on the frontlines serving radical justice movements through sustainability, social reform, or organic reach. The driven providing service/product to the growing wellness community, including Healthcare Practices, Sustainable Farms, Nourishing Restaurants, and Mindfulness Apps, all the way to Organic Skincare.

    Yes! Typical or no, we've got your back if you are moving and shaking any industry that helps humans thrive.

  • We’re bespoke. We tailor custom packages and prices to avoid over/undercharging. So many things play a factor in your cost. Here is a play-by-play example:

    You’ve selected our brand to work with, and you need a website. Do you have full branding? How many pages will this website need to meet your end goal? What is the budget for UI/UX (What happens when a user engages with your site? Are there custom rollovers and menu animations like this project we did for Hooky Wellness?)

    All the factors matter, and we determine these in either our first Consultation or Project Overview meeting. You can book one here. After the meeting, we will provide a project milestones chart, complete with dates and an estimate, for your review.

    As a rough guide, most of our Monthly Marketing services fall between $8,000 and $20,000/month, and many of our Design Projects are in the $10,000-$45,000 range.

  • We offer 3 packages for our residual clients at this time. After your branding and marketing material is complete - we will go though a Post Design meeting. The meeting is our time to walk you through using your new elements on your own, or hiring us to protec/implement your brand through 1 of the 3 packages.

    The services are available only to clients we've fully branded and executed marketing materials for.

  • We process payments and reoccuring invoices with our curated Wave Apps profile. Our payroll, taxes, and many other tasks (such as tracking our hours)are also handled through this system. For this reason, we do not perform any other payments outside of this profile.

    Our platform allows for all major cards | Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, American Express and Discover. All transactions are of bank-grade security.

    We do offer direct wire transfers at request for clients outside of the United States & for any payments over $10,000.

  • Our active clients pay for completed work. However, there may be times when you'll need native files (.AI, .INDD, .PSD, +) Some instances include hiring an intern to make ongoing edits to social media templates, contracting our team while using your in-house designers for maintenance, or handling your outsourced printing.

    By Copyright Law, all designers and firms own their artwork + raw files. So if you wish to purchase yours, please let your point of contact at Earth and Olive know to receive a custom invoice for the purchase. You will receive all paid in full native files within 24 business hours of purchase. Due to complete access given within the transfer of file, no refunds can be administered after the transferral of files.

    Please note, if you do not have the training to use the software or desire to purchase the linked fonts (By law licensed fonts are non-transferable and illegal to resale) - the files will be of no use to you. By law we cannot legally include fonts with the native files unless the end-user license agreement (EULA) permits. Once client provides proof of paid fonts, we can send over native files that include protected fonts.

    Our payment calculator for these files is a follows: For one time full branding projects we charge - 50% of the project total x hours taken to complete said file.

    For on-going clients we charge - 25% of project total x hours taken to complete said file.

  • The time to complete is as custom as our pricing, yet we have a Project Manager who will build out your project based on your payment schedules and needed turnaround. Your Project layout will need sign-off on proposed dates, and we can always move up / push back deliverables based on needs.

    In short, we will never rush a full branding project. Branding projects can last from 1 month and on dependent on needs. After we've branded you - turnaround items can be as fast as 3-5 business days (such as updated social media templates.)

  • We provide a private folder via GoogleDrive business. It is protected, and others can only access if you share access or express written permission to others of your choice. When we save deliverables inside your folder, the integral part will update with the month and year and your project code.

  • For websites:

    Page Count and Copy, unless you want the Earth and Olive team to curate all text via the voice and tone.

    For Packaging: We are happy to work with you and your manufacturer to build custom packaging and out of the box solutions.

    For print execution on already selected materials: We need manufacturers dimensions and die-lines for each template. Our team has a few extroverts who would love to chat it up with your chosen manufacturer on your behalf.

    For Branding Projects, Monthly Marketing, and/or On-going Design: We've streamlined this process for you. You'll receive a list of "Client To-Do's" with due dates in our Project Management system tailored to your specific project. If we need your sign-off on Moodboards, Project Briefs, and Logo Concepts - you'll get a detailed note clarifying when you will receive said item and when we need if back/signed-off to deliver on time. We've got you.

    If you aren't using or Copy Serives or Photography Services, you will need to provide your Copy and Photography.

  • Oh yeah - in fact, we prefer it. We work with local vendors and out of state vendors, depending on size and materials. Need 3D printing, gold foil, 10,000 copies, custom wrapping paper, branded boxes...now you're talking our language. We've got the resources and the design lingo to make sure your deliverables are flawless.

  • Let's just say, this ain't our first rodeo! We've got systems for time differences, travel, and staying in touch from afar. Let's dive in:

    Nothing beats face to face meetings: We set up all our meetings using a system that needs no downloads. Just a link and a digital "knock" at our meeting time, and it's go-time.

    From quick sign-offs, seeing where we are in your project timeline, travel for on-site conferences to connecting with your Earth and Olive point of contact - we have a system in place that we set you up on via your On-Boarding welcome packet.

  • Your last payment (of your payment plan or reoccurring invoice) will serve as your cancelation fee. For clients paying full-service fee's - only completed work will be charged. Your signed contract will define the 2-week notice needed for a cancelation.
