Hooky Wellness is a mental health initiative focused on the modern workplace — addressing burnout not only through support, but through education and prevention.
The brand centers on helping individuals recognize early signs of fatigue, re-establish balance, and build sustainable working rhythms. -
The founder sought a renewed identity that could speak clearly to a professional audience while remaining welcoming and human.
The brand needed to hold seriousness and relief at the same time — a subject often discussed in crisis, reframed as ongoing care. -
Earth & Olive developed a restrained, refined visual language to create a sense of steadiness and trust for the viewer.
Rather than leaning into overt corporate wellness aesthetics, we balanced clarity with warmth, allowing the concept behind the name — “playing hooky” — to feel restorative, rather than escapist.Form and function were used deliberately: simple structures, considered typography, and approachable messaging that allowed the brand to feel both professional and humane.
We used the new Brand Elements we created to present a responsive web experience.
We merged playful elements and motion in unexpected areas of the website to evoke the feeling of a release from burnout through play. We designed a way for Hooky to leave the corporate look and become a happy space to land on the internet that didn’t feel like another virtual work hub.
