What Makes This Yogurt so Zen?

Prep time: 2 minutes

This yogurt is so stress-free. It's two ingredients and it excludes all the questionable ingredients found in popular yogurt brands.  Top this with your favorite fruit, granola, or eat it by itself!

Ingredients

1 Can of Coconut Milk (I use Thrive Market Coconut Milk Lite)

2 Probiotic Capsules (Not Pills) 

Cheesecloth

Yarn (or) Rubberband

Glass Container

 

 

Optional 

Nutmeg

Cinnamon

Vanilla Beans

 

Method

Step One

Empty your Coconut Canned Milk into the Glass Container. Empty the contents of the Probiotic Capsules into the Milk and stir. Add any of your optional ingredients and stir.

Step Two

Top the glass container with the cheesecloth and secure it tightly. Let the jar sit overnight at room temperature. (I shoot for at least 8 hours and no longer than 24 hours.

Step Three

Uncover, stir, and dig in!

If you want very thick "Greek" like yogurt, turn the container upside down and let the liquid drain through the cheesecloth in the refrigerator.
