Earth and Olive is looking for a radical new team member to manage the day-to-day operations. Reporting to our CEO, this position will assist with making sure we are running seamlessly in communicating with clients as well as Earth and Olive team members. Above all, this is an opportunity for the right candidate operates with a fast-paced startup while adding value to a lean organization and seeing the immediate impact of good work for even better clients.



Some Tasks

Scheduling appointments

Following up with clients for deliverables and delivering them to the correct Earth and Olive team member

Sending completed deliverable notifications

Correlating bookings for flights, venues, and travel

Ordering supplies

Prepping content for new hires

Provide effective decision making regarding customer service issues within company policy

Generating editable canned email responses

Providing new hires and new clients with onboarding links and tools

Assist with other administrative and copy tasks as needed

FAQ

How many hours will I work?

The hired candidate will work up 10 hours per week at the time of hire. The position is for has the potential for more hours after six weeks.

What do I need?

We ask that you have a computer or laptop, internet, and working smartphone. After six weeks we will provide a company Macbook and iPhone.

How will I conduct/direct client calls?

We use a company app in which we will train you in using. You may also be asked to sit in on virtual client meetings to take notes.

Do I need a working email?

We will provide you with a company email.

What is the pay for this position?

Payment begins at 18/h
