I love creating fun recipes and being creative with spices, flavors, and textures. In all honesty, though, there are some days I settle into the basics. Simple, comfortable, and one part ingredient combos. So this bowl I’m sharing is simple and not really a “recipe” but rather, more along the lines of one of my forms of self-care.
I’m taking time to remember that simple meals are just as important as the ones that take a bit more time. It’s about nourishing and finding what your body needs in real-time.
While centered around food this post is all about wellness and simplicity.
